Could This Be A Map of the Areas Marked For Destruction?

In the visions of Henry Gruver and D. Duduman, they saw the coasts of America hit with a Nuclear attack, the Lord told them that He would gather the people "marked" for destruction into areas of destruction. Could the below map indicate those areas? 

We don't know if it is, but it seems to match the visions! You may ask where we got the map!  It is from USA Today, and indicates the counties in which Bush or Gore won the vote!  What do you think?
