Dear Prophecy Students,

Stay Under the Cloud
There is one thing that is true about the way God operates-CHANGE! He is always changing. What worked last time may not work this time. What was the approved way God operated last time may not be the way He wants it done today. There have been great moves of God which raised up denominations. They were blessed and prospered. There was excitement and enthusiasm. Then the Spirit of God changed directions, but the people of the denomination did not. They liked the way God had them going to get it started, they liked what was happening and refused to change directions with God. People naturally resist change. God did not wait for them and changed directions and left them behind, consequently, the denomination became stagnant. The Spirit of God moved on to the next level-to greater things, but some of His people became stagnant.

When God started the Lutheran movement He set it on fire, it was the newest cutting edge in religion. This is no criticism of other denominations. As you know, I don't criticize other ministries. When God started the Methodist denomination-same thing. It was the newest thing God was doing. When the Holy Spirit fell January 1, 1901 at Bethel Bible College, at 1701 Stone Street in Topeka, Kansas, and spread to Azuza Street, then to the world which started the "Spirit-filled" or "Charismatic" renewal in 1901, it was the cutting edge of what God was doing. Today, that movement is 100 years old. Do we honestly expect God to remain in the same place for 100 years? God is a God of levels . Every time we reach a level, there is another level He wants us to obtain-same with His Church. Just as God expects each individual to go to the next level, so must his Church go to the next level. In most cases going to the next level requires a change of direction .

If We Refuse to Change Directions We Can Miss God
We see this in business. Sometimes large companies in the best position to see a change coming and don't take advantage of it, miss it-even resist it. Bell Labs and IBM were in a great position to take advantage of the first silicon chip, but it was born in a tin shed instead. They missed their opportunity . The microprocessor came from a three-year-old start-up. The early PC's were sold in kits and assembled by lonely dreamers with a quest for more. Microsoft got its start on stolen moments between classes at Harvard. Many of life's biggest opportunities come from people who are willing to change directions . Large companies and large ministries are often unwilling to change directions. God uses people willing to change-willing to let God do what He wants. God will use any willing Christian.

We Are Changing Directions-How About You?
In the April-June newsletter I said there was a change in the Spirit, which occurred about October of 1999. The warnings coming from God's prophets stopped. I now have an extra piece to the puzzle. On April 27th, at the Topeka Power of Jesus Crusade ! , we received a prophecy that spoke the answer to a question in my heart. I had asked the Lord, "Why did you start The Prophecy Club ® then make us go in another direction? Why do we have to do these Crusades?
"Gene Bacon is so right on! This prophet really hears from God! He said in substance, "I used you [The Prophecy Club ® ] to start it and now I am going to use you to finish it." I knew exactly what God meant. God used The Prophecy Club ® (in part) to start the Revival in America and He is going to use it, along with other ministries, to finish it. God used The Prophecy Club ® in part, to get a warning out that apparently caused enough of a change to delay the judgment on America. Now He is bringing revival and He is using The Power of Jesus Crusades ! to do it .

A Job Well Done!
For awhile when things began to fall apart I began to think, "Maybe I did something wrong, and did not realize it. Maybe God is firing me and putting me back into secular work." Now I see what He was doing. It was not that The Prophecy Club ® did something wrong, but rather, something right. God was saying because you did "a job well done" I am going to promote you. If the job had not been done, the bombs would be here by now!! God was saying The Prophecy Club ® was successful-it did its job. I think He will use it when trouble starts, but for now, God is having it wait for the right time to warn people again. It was not a correction, but a promotion to a higher level-a better ministry! This was confirmed in the mouth of the prophets.

In October of 1999 things were going good. I could have told God, "No way, I am going to continue to blast the warning message. I am not doing Crusades." Now I see if I had taken that attitude, I would have soon been out of the ministry. God had delayed the judgment and was now bringing revival. Either I could decide to be a part of the new direction-revival-or I could go get a secular job again. Either way, He was not sending any more speakers.

God has not sent us one new speaker since June of 2000. Not one ! We once received from one to three new speakers each month. They contacted us! We almost never called anyone. They were sent by God and now He has stopped sending them. God is saying to us, " Either be a part of the revival I am bringing to America, or be left behind !"

For those of you who have not had the privilege of serving God full-time, let me tell you His method of operation. God gets what He wants with you if you cooperate, or will find another person who will! I decided to cooperate and do the Crusades. Don't get me wrong, I love Him, and I love to serve Him, but there are two ways to serve Him. 1. Do it His way. Or 2. Do it His way!

The New Level, the Change of Direction-Crusades
What is going to happen to The Prophecy Club ® ?  The Prophecy Club ® is not going away! God has it on my heart that The Prophecy Club ® still has information Christians need.

For now it will still exist in the newsletter, the internet, and as information comes my way, on radio. God is putting it in a ready position. Like airplanes waiting on the runway to take off, The Prophecy Club ® will remain waiting for some prophetic fulfillment or event to allow it to take off. Until then, it stands ready.

The Gradual Change!
The Prophecy Club ® broadcast has become The Power of Jesus Crusades! broadcast. When prophetic information comes along we will still bring it to you. God is using us more in the Crusades than in Bible prophecy. Before you have a fit, let us explain. We will still publish the newsletter waiting for some event to launch The Prophecy Club ® - and we all know that day will come. You will still be informed of what the prophets say is coming-and what God is doing "presently" both in the newsletter and radio, the emphasis will just change.

The New Broadcasts
The new broadcast will be The Power of Jesus Crusades! I can only put on the air what God sends me . God wants me to help bring His POWER into His church-to help Him prepare an end-time army to walk in His power and victory . Without new information, new videos , The Prophecy Club ® must slow down temporarily. It is not me making that choice, but God. He is giving us a much larger, powerful ministry! A ministry that produces deeper lasting eternal effects on His people-and will be far more accepted by the Church.

The Power of Jesus Crusades! broadcast will mostly consist of "Present Truth." Answering the question, "What is God doing presently?" We will discuss what is going on in the Crusades, the miracles, the healing, the angel visits, the shofars being blown, and the rain of the Holy Spirit coming down.

I believe God has shown me the next move of God-what He is calling His Church to become. He wants me to help change His Church. The Power of Jesus Crusades! is called to help bring the Power back into the Church. He wants His people to learn a new and better way to praise Him-to learn to hear His voice and to speak it out with boldness (prophesy)-to know their authority in Christ to walk in the five-fold offices with power and victory! He has shown me how to organize a Crusade that will go a long way to accomplishing the change in three intensive days-I just need television equipment to fill the Crusades.

The Perfect Touch

God told Leslie about six months ago that He was raising her up to do a radio program. She told God, "If you want me to do a radio program I will have to have Stan's help, so you will have tell Stan." She told God she was not going to say anything to anyone. She didn't! I approached her, and told her I felt God wanted her to do a radio broadcast. I had to bring it up twice before she told me God had already spoken to her about it. If there was a question, it was erased when we were given one of the most powerful prophecies from a total stranger one night while visiting the Church in Detroit where we held the Crusade. The prophecy confirmed Leslie was to do a radio program and I was to organize the Crusades. God is so good!

Leslie Hears From God!

Our God is a "present" God. My wife, Leslie, hears from God "presently" more than anyone I know. Leslie is getting more dreams, visions, and Words from the Lord than anyone I know . Her accuracy is astounding. God is raising her up to do what the prophets say will be an international women's ministry .

The Perfect Touch will be the name of her radio program. Its motto is, "Where we learn to respond to the Voice of the Lord." She has it on her heart to speak to people about how to live like Christ, how to hear Him speak and obey Him. She will speak to both men and women, but much of the ministry will be received by women. Leslie is an anointed Prophetess and she will bring that emphasis into the program.

She plans to have women's meetings to help women get back to being feminine. The radical feminist movement that wants women to be masculine is about to get a different opinion. She says God wants women to be feminine. She is the most feminine, prim and proper lady I know. I can honestly say she is fancy, feminine, proper, and God loves her that way.

She is also called to help women to be good wives to their husbands . I think men will love the changes they see in their wives when they come back from Leslie's The Perfect Touch women's meetings.

She is also called to set women free (through the power of Jesus) from bondages. I think her book, The Perfect Touch, will be a fantastic success, as will her radio program and meetings. I encourage all men to encourage their wives to go to Leslie's women's meetings. Ladies, it will be one of the best weekends of your life! As some of you know, when Leslie was slain in the Spirit at the Advanced Prophetic Training, God showed her a vision of the covers of her next two books. Just as He showed her in a dream the cover of The Perfect Touch book before she wrote it. When she starts writing it He shows her the contents.

Prayer Requests
God has put together an awesome team of ministers to minister at The Power of Jesus Crusades! The prophets say there will not be one State the Crusades will not reach with God's power! With the new direction-Crusades-the overwhelming question is how do we bring in the crowds to minister? There is a limited number of people who will come from the influence of The Prophecy Club ® to a Crusade, and I have exhausted that influence. You might say, we have fished out the pond. If the Crusades are to continue, and they are, we must reach the people. I have found radio difficult to convey the value of the Crusade. Print media is even less effective. I believe the answer is television.

The following is a letter I sent to 600 of our biggest supporters. Thank you to those who have responded. We are about 20% of the way to being able to get the television equipment. If you are interested in supporting our effort to reach America with the Crusades and would like a FREE copy of the television program, please let us know and we will be happy to send it to you.

Dear Prophecy Club Supporter,

I am enclosing a copy of our first television program on The Power of Jesus Crusades! I pray it touches your heart like it touched mine. Also enclosed is our Crusade flyer, audio tape of our prophecies, and latest newsletter that will more clearly outline the new direction God has spoken to our hearts. This direction was confirmed by three different prophets. I am certain God stopped the monthly tours and told us to organize Crusades. He has laid on my heart (confirmed through His prophets) to make a weekly television program to show America the genuine power of God-no showmanship, just real power. I want to let people look on the face of someone in tears of joy when they know God is speaking to them through one of His prophets. I want to show on television to the scoffers who make fun and try to mock God saying that people are not really healed today, the genuine healings, verified by doctors. Two prophets say this television program will be very successful and reach thousands upon thousands! They say when people see the real power of God they will show up and we won't have room to hold them! You can help make it possible.

In order to make this weekly television program, I MUST have equipment to tape the Crusades and create the television program; equipment such as playback and recording decks, a switcher, mixer, character generator, lights, cables, and many other items too numerous to list. I found a man who can sell us good used equipment for about one-third of the price of new. Television equipment is outrageously expensive. Experts have put together a package of equipment they say we need to put The Power of Jesus Crusades! on television. They say it will cost $127,000 for television equipment, but that is only half the problem. It will require a bus to get the equipment, 15 ministers/staff, luggage, and sales inventory to the Crusade. We found a good deal on a used bus that will do the job for $140,000. Leslie had a dream which confirmed that we are to do these Crusades and that we will have a bus. "The voice of the Lord was so loud it woke me up. As I was waking up, he showed me a vision. Stan and I were approaching a big bus. We were discussing who was going to drive the bus." The entire dream is on the enclosed brochure.

There are only so many cities The Prophecy Club ® has enough influence to organize a Crusade and the last one was Detroit. If this ministry is to continue, we MUST get on television. The Crusade is awesome, but if people do not know about it, they won't come and the Crusades will stop. After much experimentation, we now know the ONLY way to get people to show up to a Crusade is television. Radio and print media doesn't effectively communicate the message. We MUST have this television equipment to continue. We believe God will speak to your heart to support His plans to prepare an end-time army to defeat the devil. God has put The Prophecy Club ® in a coasting mode until trouble starts. We have come to realize that getting His people's hearts clean and right with God is the objective of the whole warning message in the first place. Nothing we have seen so effectively does this as The Power of Jesus Crusades!

We have prayed continually for a large donation to come in which will allow us to do His work, but it has not happened yet. The prophets say the breakthrough is coming. God even gave me a dream that someone handed me a check for $1,367,600.00. What He continues to lay on my heart is that He will speak to the hearts of His people to support The Power of Jesus Crusades! once they know about it. He has given some people extra financial blessings to support His ministries. (Luke 12:48 ... For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required... ) Will you pray about sending at least a $1,000 donation or more for television equipment? Any amount is appreciated. We will pray you receive a 100-fold blessing. We especially need outrageous donations to pay for outrageous priced equipment. Many of you responded when we asked for donations for our building. Thank you! Not only did we put in every penny you donated, into the down payment of the building, but added the $30,000 more required from Leslie's personal inheritance God arranged to arrive just in time. I promise, before God, to use your donation wisely and make every penny stretch to build the Kingdom of God. You will share in every soul that is saved, set free, filled with the Holy Spirit, trained and equipped when we receive our crowns and rewards. In the natural it seems impossible, but our God is a God of faith. It takes about $30,000 to present a Crusade. By faith we stepped out and conducted several Crusades we knew would be at a big loss financially. By faith we took a ministry team and ministered to the people in West Palm Beach, Greensboro, Hemet, Dallas and Topeka. We sowed into the Body of Christ. We believe we sowed into God's people. Even though the ground was hard to plow in some places, God was faithful to show up and bless His people. Pray that our God will send the breakthrough as was prophesied, to do what He has laid on our hearts to do.
