Well, you’ve asked for it and you have got it folks. As I have been telling you here for awhile, we’re going to be keeping you updated on what is going on with Hayseed. I have got him on the line and it is all happening, finally, praise God and we’re so excited! As Hayseed says, "We have to drag one leg to keep from flying." I was praying for him last night on my way home and I just got a nudge from the Lord to call him and talk to him. Praise God, it’s all happening. So I’ve got him on the line and we’re going to ask him some questions about what is going on with the oil well in Israel.

One of the Bible prophecies says, not only will oil be found in Israel, but it will be at the hand of the Gentiles.

Stan: "Hayseed, welcome to The Prophecy Club®."

Hayseed: "Man, I tell you what, I am having to drag one leg to keep from flying. After all of this wait—nineteen years is a long time. I just got back from Israel a couple of weeks ago and was blessed to see what Ness was doing in the market."

Stan: "And it’s only just begun."

Hayseed: "Sixteen end-time prophecies will be fulfilled if, and when, this oil well hits and proposed expansion of the field begins. We don’t anticipate just an oil well, but according to our technical studies it will be an oil field."

Stan: "Over 90 wells, I have heard."

Hayseed: "Geologically and geophysically, we already have 90 locations picked out. I believe, biblically, God is going to cause the greatest oil boom in the world. Zachariah 12 talks about it. Let me say, at least, through the eyes of an oil man."

Stan: "This fits perfect, because I’ve been telling the folks that judgment has been delayed and now revival has hit the ground. All the prophets I know are now saying that God is about to send His Spirit and His power down on this nation like this nation has never seen it. He’s going to pull this nation back to Him. Let’s talk about why we think the current market is moving. You told me last night that Zolla Levitt had interviewed you. Tell us about that."

Hayseed: "Zolla sent his people out and filmed a whole church service at The Living Way Church and then interviewed me at the oil company offices. It has recently been shown on his series called ‘Friends of the Rabbi’."

Stan: "I understand that ABC has also called you and wants to interview you about this. They want to do a whole full length documentary on this. Is this right?"

Hayseed: "Peter Jennings’ office has called. Plus, I have already put in the can, two weeks ago, an hour documentary for FOX-TV network. Also, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation already has an hour in the can in New Zealand. Our job is to just tell the story, prophetically, and let the Holy Spirit do the rest. This project is not for every person. God knows how much money we can handle before that money becomes our God. He’s very specific when He says, ‘You cannot serve God and mammon both.’"

Stan: "You’ve said this is a soul well for God’s kingdom."

Hayseed: "It is a soul well, above all things."

Stan: "Tell me about a recent web site story I heard about."

Hayseed: "When God starts moving, all we have to do is sit at our office and answer the telephone. This is exactly what I did one day when a man telephoned me, who makes it his business to study small companies, and wanted to know about our prophetic vision and what God has called us to in Israel. He had downloaded and read all of the information on our web page and wanted permission to put some of it on his web. I told him it would be fine, as it is all public information and my job is to tell the prophetic story and let the Holy Spirit do the rest. About three days later he called back and said, ‘Hayseed, you have no idea of the following this story has.’ I said, ‘I don’t, but I believe there are at least 800 thousand to 8 million Christians, whose hearts are right toward God out there, who can handle the end-time wealth the Bible speaks about. We may not know anything about them, but their finances will go into ministries for souls to come into the kingdom in this last end-time revival.’"

Stan: "Where are you with your lease and are you still permitted to drill? When are you going to be drilling and is the Palestinian uprising holding that back? Can you drill now?"

Hayseed: "The Palestinian uprising has not been holding it back. What’s now holding it back is the drilling company in Israel. There is only one drilling company and they have been on strike for seven months. They just came off that strike last Sunday. They are now preparing the drilling rig that we may be able to use. This first well, Har Sedom #1, will probably drill down to 12,000 feet. This is the well God stopped us from drilling in 1985 with the twisting off of a drill bit. It wasn’t time. I know He stopped us, because I know we are on top of, potentially, the greatest oil field in the world."

Stan: "In one of the other broadcasts, you made a comment that bulldozers were now moving. We’ve received some negative email asking, if bulldozers are moving, why isn’t Hayseed drilling?"

Hayseed: "Because of the strike—they were moving and the strike shut them down. That’s one issue. The next issue is, we are running a brand new seismic line across the target area that will tie the other eight lines, already processed, together. This is at the request of Petroleum Commissioner, Dr. Charles Druckman. We are also trying to work out a deal with the Dead Sea Works to run a new seismic line right over the formation before we drill it. As you know, things in Israel move slowly at times. There is only one man who can make that decision and he was on vacation for four weeks. He’s back but things aren’t settled yet."

Stan: "I know you are running more seismic lines from an independent company. What did they show?"

Hayseed: "Oh, now you are probably talking about another lease. We were talking about the Har Sedom #1 well to this point. The new lease that we’ve received is the Masada lease. We have already gotten that completed. As a matter of fact, we’re going to offset a well that produced 13,000 barrels (daily) of 37 degree gravity oil, (very good). That may not mean much to a layman. But, to an oil man, that means quite a lot. Geological and geophysical reports estimate that there’s hundreds of millions of barrels in the salt block that we will be drilling into. The specialist has signed off on this in his official report to the Petroleum Commissioner, Charles Druckman. He believes it!"

Stan: "What do you mean by 37 degree gravity oil?"

Hayseed: "Well, you have heavy 12 degree oil that is for asphalt. You’ve got varied degrees all the way, until it cracks and goes into natural gas."

Stan: "The higher the number, the better?"

Hayseed: "Yeah, 40 degrees is kind of an optimal. We’re right there at 37 degrees. It’s one of the four light oil shows down in there, which proves the formation contains light oil (the best), just like we’ve been saying is underneath the salt dome all these years. A little of it has been allowed to seep out. 13,000 barrels is a pretty good little show. Within a couple of miles, Israel had another well that produced 122,000 barrels. This is back in the direction of where we will drill our deep 28,000 foot well called Elohim Perazim #1."

Stan: "Tell us about the SB2 filing. I understand, from your press releases, it’s an offering you have worked on for the last 18 months that is now filed with the SEC."

Hayseed: "As you know, we began working on this filing about 18 months ago. After the initial filing, we had to wait for the SEC to get back with us with their comments. We answered their comments and Friday at 4:11 p.m., Washington, DC time, it went back to the SEC with our answers to the comments and amendments to the comments. We could possibly hear within 20 days. They could come back with more comments, or a green light and say, Go!"

Stan: "OK, does that mean that all of a sudden the stock is going to go up and lots of money will be flowing into Ness’ hands? Explain what it means."

Hayseed: "That means, Stan, that we will be self underwriting. That means in addition to being able to purchase stock in the market through a stock broker, people can then call the offices of Ness Energy International. A company will be working along side us, and as we refer the names and addresses to them, they will be doing the actual transactions because they know how to do that. It’s a great package. Stock will be offered in units, which consists of two shares (per unit), plus one warrant. You will have an eighteen month period, after your purchase, during which they may exercise the warrants. Warrants are simply additional shares of stock at a fixed price, regardless of what the market price is. When the application was made, and this is in public records, it was for $2 per unit with a warrant price of $2.50. We will have to see what the market is doing at the time of approval, should it be received."

Stan: "So, say if you bought 5,000 units, equivalent of 10,000 shares in today’s stock, you would also get 2,500 warrants. Just for example, if a stock was selling at $1.00 per share and you want to put in $10,000 then you’d have 5,000 units and 2,500 warrants."

Hayseed: "There you go. One warrant for every two shares of stock."

Stan: "Just for example, let’s say that at some time during that next 18 months a stock price went to $35 per share. Then you’d be able to exercise the 2,500 warrants you had an option on, at $2.50 per share. I don’t know if my math is right, but you’d be able to turn that $2,500 (warrants) into $87,500.

Hayseed: "Right."

Stan: "On to the next question. Now, you still want to be drilling the big well, that’s the 28,000 plus foot deep well by the end of the year, [2001] but you are also going to deepen the smaller well. When do you expect that to happen?"

Hayseed: "We’re still working on several different options and I continue to evaluate each of them. The approval of the SB2 is very important to us, as its potential is very attractive to many investors who have a heart to bless Israel and the Jewish people. All I know is what they say. Let’s pray this vehicle through. When one of the world’s largest rigs begins to move into Israel for that deep well, can’t you just imagine the excitement, with all of the TV that has already been canned, TV news people and reporters? God has blessed us with such favor."

Stan: "You aren’t going to be able to buy stock at the $0.88 it is today."

Hayseed: "Here is the exciting thing about it that a lot of people may not know. What God trapped 4,000 years ago and has preserved for those years under that tremendous salt, are the lower cretaceous, the Jurassic, the Triassic, and the Permian formations. Those are the formations in 132 fields, our geologists and geophysicists have checked, that surround our leases. Eighty percent of all of the oil that has been produced out of those fields, has come from those zones. The drill bit has never touched any of those zones, at that depth, in Israel."

FURTHER COMMENTS FROM ANOTHER BROADCAST FROM MAY 18, 2001

Hayseed: "Stock is not for sale by us or through our office. However, it can be purchased in the stock market through brokers."

Stan: "That’s correct. You can buy from your stock broker. That’s who you need to call to purchase at this time. The broker may try to talk you out of it, but if you have peace, tell him you want to go ahead and buy this. The next thing is, the first well Ness plans to drill is the Har Sedom #1. That’s the one where the bit twisted off in 1985 and the entire energy market crashed and oil dropped to $8.50 per barrel. The three major oil companies in Israel chose not to continue at that time. Today Ness plans to diagonally drill down to the pay. The next point is, the second well he plans to drill is on the Masada lease and he plans to drill 16,000 to 18,000 feet at a cost of about $12 million. Following that will be the third well, called Elohim Perazim #1. That’s the real deep one down to 28,000 feet or below. He says because they are starting with Har Sedom #1, it’s going to save them a lot of time also. From the time they start turning the bit, it could possibly only take them 90 to 120 days to reach total depth."

Stan: "Does an investor get money from the oil?"

Hayseed: "Not directly. When you invest with Ness, you invest in a public company, just like you would AT&T, Exxon or anything else. You don’t get any oil money directly to you. The way you profit is through the increase in your stock, of course. We’ve experienced a wonderful increase here lately and wonderful volume."

Stan: "As a matter of fact, I just checked it and it’s at $1.53. Two weeks ago it was at $0.53; now it’s $1.53. Do I lose all of my money if you hit a dry well?"

Hayseed: "No, because that’s the good thing about investing in a public company. When you invest in a public company, you own shares. If you invest it directly into the oil well, as through a private company and it was a dry hole, then you lose the money on that particular well. If it made a well, you would get the money coming to you from it’s production. With a public company, the risk is spread. We are not only preparing to drill in Israel, but we have other production in Texas, as well as other wonderful leases. We have some other things on the horizon that I cannot discuss right now. The reason God put us in business in the beginning, privately, was so our investors who had a heart for the kingdom of God would have the opportunity to make potentially large sums of money for the purpose of blessing the ministries they choose. This is not just an oil well, it’s not just a potential oil field, it is a soul well (field)! God has preserved the oil and money for 4,000 years for such a time as this, according to Ezekiel 15:3 and 55. Prayerfully, and I am saying this with all my heart, prayerfully no one should invest money that would put them at risk. And, prayerfully, nobody would put money in unless they have perfect peace with God. If you’re married, that perfect peace must be between husband and wife, in total agreement. The Word says that if any two agree as touching anything on earth, it will be done. If you do that, blessings are a synch. Three places in the Bible it says, those who bless Israel, God will bless. That’s a synch."

Stan: "Let me tell you the reason The Prophecy Club® is bringing this to you. It is for the purpose of blessing Christians instead of sinners. Hayseed is not in this to personally make money off the drilling of this project. He is leaving any profit that would come to him, personally, in the Nation of Israel. Hayseed: "Yes."

Stan: "Christians who say, ‘I’m going to support the kingdom of God.’ Hayseed said to me the other day in a private conversation, and I think this says his heart; ‘I want to see the time when there is not a Christian ministry in the world that has to go begging for money any more.’"

Hayseed: "I’ve been talking with all of the petroleum engineers and petroleum commissioners, even top, top officials, and all are extremely excited because of the new geophysical material we have found. Of course, we believe this substantiates the fact that the Lord, in his wisdom, has preserved the great oil reservoir."

Stan: "I know that they had you do additional seismic testing. Is this the information you are talking about?"

Hayseed: "Yes. The seismic was done to satisfy Israel and the rules and regulations of the oil commissioner, etc."

Stan: "What has the seismic from the Israel Oil Company shown them?"

Hayseed: "It has shown them that there is, no doubt, potentially 18 billion barrels of oil or more are on this lease. I believe there is more."

Stan: "You’re going to need a rig there in [Israel] the next 45 days to begin drilling."

Hayseed: "That’s right. There’s just nothing easy in Israel. With the Intifada escalating in Israel, and the fact that Israel has no oil, the greatest thing the enemy has against Israel is an oil embargo. What’s going to happen when Israel has most of the oil? That’s one thing the enemy cannot afford to have happen."

Stan: "Have you obtained a rig?"

Hayseed: "Yes, we have a contract with the company in Israel and they are fitting it with whatever it needs. This is one of the things we are waiting for."

Stan: "Then you could start drilling in 30 to 60 days?"

Hayseed: "Oh, 60 days could possibly be the outside."

Stan: "Man, that’s exciting! I don’t even know if I can ask you this, so if you can’t answer it, then just tell me that I better not say anything on that, all right? It just stands to reason to me that since the stock has gone from $0.53 to $1.53 in two weeks—when that SB2 is approved—you’ve got money, and you’re starting to drill and seismic reports are overwhelming that, potentially, there’s massive amounts of oil. What’s that stock going to do?"

Hayseed chuckles: "I don’t think I even have to answer that question. I’ll let that question go."

Stan: "OK Christians, I will not push any stock. However, I will keep you informed as to where we are prophetically in these end-times, and we all know that we are in the last days. We must keep the gospel going forward."

Hayseed: "The main thing is, Stan, whoever feels led to become involved with Israel must have the peace of God in their hearts. They should not do anything until they have that peace and, not only within themselves, but within their mates also. We have had wives call our office that had the peace of God and their husbands were totally against it. We discouraged them from becoming involved. In my private company I will not allow it unless there is agreement between mates. Please seek God and do it only if God gives you peace to be a blessing to Israel. God can bless you back for being a blessing to Israel and you, in turn, can be a blessing to the kingdom of God."

Stan: "Let’s just say this. If you pray and feel led to become involved, this is the time to do it. I don’t know of a better time, because we are standing on prophecy. We’re standing with a Godly, Christian man."
