Example Number Four: Woman at the Lancaster Crusade
By Leslie Johnson
In March 2002 we were at a Crusade in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It was the night before the meeting started. In the dream I saw a woman sitting on the second row, second seat. She had short gray hair and the Lord told me she was a nurse. He further began to speak a word through me to this woman.
The next morning the Crusade began. I went to the front of the room and as I looked out into the audience, I saw this woman sitting there . [Editor's Note: I can verify each of these dreams as she told me before they happened.] She looked exactly like the woman in my dream. Stan had me demonstrate personal prophecy as we do to start off every Crusade. I told this woman that I had a dream and she was sitting exactly where she was in my dream. I began to speak the Word of the Lord to her and I said you are a nurse , not only in the physical but in the things of the Lord. You have a heart to nurse and heal people. You do not like for people to be hurting, in pain, or ill. The word continued..... After the word came forth, Stan asked, "Did that speak to you?" She answered, "Absolutely, and I am a nurse !"
Another example was her prophesying to a lady in a live TV interview on TBN. Leslie said a lady in her mid-forties is watching right now, and Leslie went on to describe her situation so specifically the lady called the station while Leslie was still on the air and said she perfectly described her situation. We have it on video tape.
Leslie saw a woman in a dream at one of our Crusades cursing us and our ministry, and the Lord told Leslie that because this lady was cursing our ministry and pronouncing death to Stan and our ministry, the curses were going to come back on their ministry. Within thirty days one of the staff members in their ministry was dead!
There are so many examples through the years the entire newsletter would not hold them all. Suffice to say, around The Prophecy Club ® office and the Spirit of Prophecy Church, Leslie carries a lot of respect. When Leslie says, "thus saith," we all listen!
We can ignore the warning of the Lord, but we listen.
I want to make one thing clear, Leslie is not sure of the timing in this dream and is a little concerned to tell that part of it. Because she is not sure, give this some time to see if it comes to pass-perhaps several years. At this point, it appears that God is using Leslie to warn us of coming trouble. I have been praying that God would send someone to tell us of the future. Leslie appears to be that person.
I used to think Henry Gruver might be that person, but after talking to Henry, the Lord has taken him out of the warning ministry. He has received nothing prophetically for a long time, and is mostly ministering in Japan.
