Saddam With a New, Unstoppable Weapon?

As I stated in my video Daniel for the Twenty-first Century, if my understanding of the book of Daniel is correct, the Antichrist will come from Iraq.  He will be the second of Saddam Hussein's successors.  He will be a son of Ishmael, and his parents will be Muslim; however, he will not regard the god of his fathers but will honor the god of forces.  Daniel goes on to foretell a war between Egypt and Israel.  Once again if we are correct in our interpretation of the book of Daniel, Saddam will ".enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown... He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.. he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps (Daniel 11:41-43).

Habakkuk the prophet states that when ".the wicked doth compass about [surround] t he righteous." the nations will be utterly astounded!   Habakkuk goes on to say that the Lord ". will work a work in your days which ye would not believe, though it were told you" (Hab. 1:4-5).  God says He will ".raise up the Chaldeans [Iraq], that bitter and hasty nation which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess dwelling places that are not their's.  They are terrible and dreadful ...they shall fly as the eagle that hasteth to eat.  They shall come all for violence. they shall gather the captivity as the sand" (Hab. 1:6-9).

The next verses are very interesting.   Some believe the Bible to be foretelling that Saddam will invent a new, unstoppable weapon.  When he employs this weapon, he will scoff at the world when they condemn him and run over everyone and everything in his way:  ".they scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them; they shall deride [overrun] every strong hold, for they heap up dust [mounds of earth] and take [seize] it (Hab. 1:10).  Either way. watch Iraq!  We will soon know if Saddam has a weapon that the world cannot stop.

The Herald Tribune posted an article at www.iht.com on Dec. 21, 2001 in which an Iraqi defector was interviewed who described himself as a civil engineer that worked at the secret underground facilities for biological, chemical and nuclear weapons.  He states that Saddam continues to make weapons of mass destruction.
