Police State

In addition to the helicopter article, I think this next article entitled "Citizen, Can I See Your ID?" by Al Martin at http://www.almartinraw.com/column37.html will shed some more light on the subject of a police state.  "A police state is almost in place.  What has not been explained to the American people is the reason why 35,000 Army Reservists and 65,000 National Guard have been called up.  It is to maintain internal checkpoints.  It has nothing to do with the external 'War on Terrorism.'  All of these people are being trained at the U.S Army School of Urban Control at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.  CNN actually showed an urban training mock-up, what they're training on, and what the new Internal Security checkpoint is going to look like.  It was mighty sinister looking.  There was a barrier that went across the road.  To the right was an elevated shed-like structure, elevated perhaps fifteen feet in the air.  It had a small second story that was open.  On it was a sign that read 'Homeland Security Internal Checkpoint.'  There were sandbags and the wooden arm that crossed the road read '100% ID Checked.'  Then there was a small shed to the right with a small barbed wire area behind that.  On this structure was a sign, which read, 'All citizens not having proper identification will be detained.  All foreign nationals will be detained.  All citizens who are deemed to be acting in a suspicious manner will be detained.'  At each of these posts there will be six armed Army or National Guard reservists with M-16's with full field kit.  On top of the structure to the rear, the open structure on top, there's a man with a machine gun emplacement.

"They showed the actual mockup used for training purposes.  They had new uniforms.  They weren't in their regular uniforms.  It's a new gray uniform with a gray helmet and a visor so you can't see their eyes.  The only thing you can see is from their lips down because they said that's 'to prevent any retribution' from people who don't like this new idea.

"This uniform looked exactly like the Imperial Storm Troopers from 'Star Wars' except instead of white, it was gray.  All the helmets have little transceivers so they can communicate with each other.  There will be six guards at each internal security checkpoint.  And there's another warning on the inside of the barbed wire enclosure, 'Any detainees attempting to escape will be shot.'  It was a yellow and red sign inside the detainment area.

"The only person who actually spoke on camera during this story was a sergeant, an Army Reservist sergeant.  You could tell that he completely disagreed with what was going on.  You couldn't hear the question being asked, but he was looking at the camera and he said, 'We're here to protect the people.'  Then he put his head down and shook his head, and you could tell he didn't believe a word of what he was saying.

"Then they showed the procedure they were using to train these guys.  An average American car, like a Ford or a Chevy, drives up and there's supposed to be a husband and wife in the front seat and a couple of kiddies in the back.  So they drive up to the checkpoint, and the corporal comes up to the car and says, 'May I see your identification, citizen?'

"They call everyone 'citizen.'  I'm not making this up.  Then the guy asks for his driver's license, then something else and something else.  Then he says, 'Very good, citizen.'

"There's a spot on the gate that goes across the road that they had x-ed out.  But you could tell what it said because the sergeant alluded to it.  It said, 'All citizens are required to present their National Identification Cards.'  But they left it blank as a black spray-painted out spot because the legislation for that hasn't happened yet.

"The big sign on the side of the one and half story shed with the machine gun nest on top said 'Homeland Security Internal Checkpoint.'  And now we're all supposed to say, 'Hail the Republic.'  That's the new mantra.  They showed a bunch of guys being trained at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, probably enlisted and reservists and such.  And they kept raising up their right arm saying, 'Hail the Republic.'

"The sergeant even said that they are duplicating the ancient Roman Legions' salute to Caesar, using the right arm upraised with the fist.  Instead of 'Hail Caesar,' though they say, 'Hail the Republic.'"

This is what's coming to America!   People don't understand it or want to believe it, but when 80 percent of the U.S. population supports whatever "security" measures are necessary to maintain their safety, we're in trouble.  What does it all mean?  We all better start worrying when George Bush starts to play the fiddle.  The implication is that we will be under a de facto state of martial law soon.

There are 100,000 military personnel being trained for these internal security checkpoints.

When they were showing the lines of enlisted and reserve people with M-16s in their hands being trained in this camp, my overall sense is that I don't think any of them would hesitate to shoot Americans.  I think they're being indoctrinated.  The indoctrination they're going through is obvious.  The enlisted people are being told by the drill sergeant that they are being given extraordinary authority.that "your job is to protect the security of the State at all costs."

There is a direct parallel between the old Soviet Union and the East Bloc and where we are heading today.  We are establishing internal travel restrictions on the American people.  We are essentially following the Soviet textbook.  In the Soviet Communist Bloc, for example, there were checkpoints in every city.  You had to have what's called an "internal travel visa."  You had to have that visa stamped at every checkpoint in every city.  They also checked you out at every entrance to every city.  Then if you checked out, they would affix a visa stamp and charge you ten marks for it.  It was a real racket.

The sergeant quoted in that last news report said that all the people involved (100,000 military personnel) are being forced to swear new loyalty oaths to the United States.  He just mentioned the government's overall policy, which Bush talked about last week, that all federal civilian employees are going to have to take new oaths of allegiance to the "Republic."  That also extends to some members of the military who will be involved in internal security.

Surprisingly enough all these border checks, you would think, would be handled directly by the military - or under the auspices of the military.  They're not.  Instead, they're under the auspices of "Homeland Security."   What this means is that you have 100,000 troops (Reservists and National Guard people) based in the United States who will be "forwarded" to the Office of Homeland Security.  Their ultimate jurisdiction is being transferred from the Department of Defense to the Office of Homeland Security.  In other words, the Office of Homeland Security is gaining a militarized division of 100,000 troops.

It's finally getting some of the liberals nervous.but no matter what, it's coming.  Day after day, they're showing polls that seventy to eighty percent of the American people are prepared to approve whatever security measures are "necessary" to "fight terrorism."

NewsMax.com (http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2001/11/12/175021.html) reported Tuesday, November 13, 2001 that an air transportation trade group on Monday announced plans to test a voluntary biometric identification system for airline passengers.  The program, dubbed the National Air Transportation Security Identification System, involves issuing a card with fingerprints or iris scans to passengers who pass a background check.

NewsMax.com(http://www.newsmax.com/hottopics/Homeland!Civil_Defense.html) reported the following on Thursday, January 3, 2002 that ".an experimental new lie detector that measures sudden flashes of heat from around the eyes may soon provide another line of defense against terrorism.  'This is the first technology that allows lying to be measured or lying to be detected without any contact with the subject whatsoever, instantaneously, in real time,' said lead researcher James Levine, an endocrinologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  'You don't need to hook them up to anything.  You don't need any sophisticated experts to analyze the data.'  The researchers say prototypes of the device may aid security operations within the next two years, in areas such as airports and border checkpoints.  However, Levine is also concerned about the potential ethical ramifications of the technology if it ever becomes developed for the open market."

Editor's Note :   If this technology really becomes developed to the desktop phase, you could be asked in a police state such questions as, "Are you a Christian?"  "Do you know where the Bibles were hidden?"  "Where did they hide the Pastor and his wife?"

"The device consists of a high-definition thermal imaging camera the size of a shoebox.  The scientists also have developed a miniaturized version of the camera, roughly the diameter of a postage stamp.  Both are hooked up to a filing cabinet's worth of computer hardware.  'As people lie, there is a massive increase in blood flow around the eyes, and associated with that there is sudden warming around the eyes, where the color changes to white in the thermal imaging system,' Levine explained."

NewsMax.com reported the following information December, 15, 2001 on their website at http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2001/12/14/135346.html.  "New legislation is being proposed.  The Model Emergency Health Powers Act (MEHPA) would, in fact, give the governor 'unprecedented dictatorial powers in the event he decided to declare a "public health emergency."'

"It would give the governor, in effect, the right to practice medicine and force physicians to participate in the examination and treatment of patients according to state-dictated protocol-under pain of criminal sanctions.

"The measure, is loaded with privacy and civil-liberties booby traps. Among them:

1.  Unrestricted power of the governor to declare an emergency at his own discretion, without consulting anyone , and the legislature would have no right to interfere for at least 60 days.  And even after that deadline, a two-thirds vote of both chambers would be needed to block the dictatorial powers.

2.  The ability of the government to take over private facilities , including hospitals and clinics, and to seize any property claimed necessary in an emergency.

3.  The right to impose rationing , quotas and price controls, and to control the use or transportation of any item deemed essential, under the direction of un-elected political appointees acting with virtually complete immunity.

4.  The authority to suspend any rule or regulation that hindered the program.

5.  The criminalization of refusal by physicians to serve or by patients to accept vaccination prescribed by the governor or his deputies ."

Jim Wilson wrote an excellent article in the magazine Popular Mechanics entitled, "In the blink of an eye, electromagnetic bombs could throw civilization back 200 years.  And terrorists can build them for $400."  Here is a portion of it.

"You will hear a sharp crack in the distance.  By the time you mistakenly identify this sound as an innocent clap of thunder, the civilized world will have become unhinged.  Fluorescent lights and television sets will glow eerily bright, despite being turned off.  The aroma of ozone mixed with smoldering plastic will seep from outlet covers as electric wires arc and telephone lines melt.  Your Palm Pilot and MP3 player will feel warm to the touch, their batteries overloaded.  Your computer, and every bit of data on it, will be toast.  And then you will notice that the world sounds different too.  The background music of civilization, the whirl of internal-combustion engines, will have stopped.  Save a few diesels, engines will never start again.  You, however, will remain unharmed, as you find yourself thrust backward 200 years, to a time when electricity meant a lightning bolt fracturing the night sky.  This is a realistic assessment of the damage the Pentagon believes could be inflicted by a new generation of weapons-E-bombs (electomagnetic pulse that comes from a nuclear bomb exploded high in the atmosphere)."

Editor's Note: This has long been one of the most likely scenarios describing a surprise Russian nuclear first strike.  When you also consider the vision of Henry Gruver, it becomes prophetic.  Henry's vision paints a picture of all communications falling to the ground.

"I was in Wales, on December 14, 1986.  I went up on top of the Eagle tower in the Caernarvon Castle.  It had eight points on it.  All of the points on it were eroded eagles.  This castle was built in the 12th century.

"I was overlooking the Irish Sea toward the North Sea - Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the tip of Scotland, Greenland, Iceland in that area.

"All of a sudden, I was up above the earth looking down upon the earth like a globe.  As I looked down on the earth, I saw massive amounts of all kinds of ships and airplanes.  They were coming from up above Norway, out of this inlet.

"They headed down between the United States and Europe.  They literally covered the whole Atlantic.

"Then I wanted to see what was happening to the United States.  I looked over on the globe at the United States.  I saw coming out of the United States these radio communication towers.  I saw the jagged lines like they draw to show that communications are coming out.  All of a sudden, as I was looking down on them they began to sprinkle down on the earth like dust.   I thought, "Oh no!  They are not getting through!  They are not getting through.  They don't know what is happening!  They are totally oblivious!

"Then I began to see all of these submarines emerging from under the surface.  I was surprised at how close they were to our borders.  They were in our territorial waters!  Then I saw the missiles come out of them!  They hit eastern coastal cities of the United States.

"I looked over across the country where my family was over in the northwest side, and I saw the submarines.  I saw the missiles coming out and hitting the western coastal cities.

"I cried out and said, "Oh God!  Oh God!  When will this be, and what shall be the sign of its coming?"

"I heard an audible voice speak to me and say, "When Russia opens her doors and lets the masses go.  The free world will occupy themselves with transporting, housing and feeding and caring for the masses, and will let down their weapons and cry peace and safety.  Then sudden destruction will come.  Then is when it will come."
