Tom Ridge, our new Homeland Security Chief says America is living under a structure formed years ago that needs to be changed. He says he needs more technology to change it into a safe environment in which to live. He says we need a new security system that does not stop at our borders. Which must tell us he has plans to control elements beyond our borders, but not to worry, it gets worse.

He wants to push for a global security force. He wants to keep it very broadly defined, which tells me he wants a blank signed check that he can fill in the amount when he gets to the store, and we are not supposed to question it.

He wants more technology to control and monitor every person on Earth. What does he really mean?]
