A Test ...
Word of the Lord given to Stan Johnson, Friday, August 1, 2003,
1:00 a.m.

I finished signing and putting comments on letters going to our Partakers about 12:30 a.m. When I laid down to sleep I felt the need to pray. I went into what is coming to be known to you as my prayer chair. I began to just praise the Lord for all He is and all He has done and all He is doing. The conversation eventually came around to The Prophecy Club®.

It was the end of the month and we had no money to pay radio airtime. I said, "Lord, this is Your ministry. You started it, and I know I am doing what You have told me to do to the best of the abilities You have given me. You know it is the end of the month and we have no money to pay bills or airtime. What do you want me to do? I need You to give me wisdom. Do You want me to cancel radio? Am I to persevere? I need Your wisdom." All seemed lost. I was not prepared for what happened next. All of a sudden God started speaking to me as He does when I give personal prophecies, not in an audible voice, but so clear I grabbed a pen and paper. But the download was coming so fast (as in personal prophecies) I could not write fast enough, so I turned to the computer and began to type, because I can type faster than I can write, and faithfully allowed my fingers to follow what the Lord said. After I went back to read it there were only two typing errors. Other than that, nothing has been changed from what I originally typed. If you have ever given a personal prophecy you know that many times the Spirit is speaking so fast you can barely say it fast enough. Sometimes what you get in the spirit may take several sentences to explain what only took a second for the Spirit to communicate. In this case I will have to explain what I got in the spirit. I don’t want to change the Word so my comments will be separate from the Word.

Word: My Church is in trouble and they don’t know it. They have stepped over a line in the spirit and don’t know it. It is a new era in the spirit and they have not recognized the change in the spirit.

What came to mind was what the Lord spoke to me in the dream called the "Police State." When I drove my car over the crosswalk the speed limit changed from 35 mph to a 20 mph zone. What was within the law on the 35 mph side was trouble once I crossed into the crosswalk zone. I was in trouble and did not know it. The church is in trouble and does not know it.

Word: My people are stingy and don’t believe me when I have said, "I will repay." They think they can harvest from My ministries without sowing and I will not see.

Matthew 21:35-36 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another. Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.

God was saying His people are stingy; they do make mistakes and He knows they make mistakes. He knows they do not support His work done through His ministries. It is because they make mistakes that He sent His Son to atone for those sins. He knows they think they can harvest from His ministries without sowing and they think God will not see, and He is not pleased.

Word: They think My judgment is slow and will never arrive.

Note: These scriptures came to mind-

Matthew 24:48-51 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

God was saying because some of the warnings He sent have not come to pass He is displeased when His people do not heed future warnings. They do not understand His heart. They think Deuteronomy 18:21 is the standard to judge a prophet and the prophetic Word. They do not understand that God’s heart is to get His people to repent. He does not want to bring trouble. When the New Testament prophet speaks a word of warning, using "Thus saith the Lord," if the people pray and repent based on their heart God will delay or remove the punishment He had the prophet speak.

The New Testament prophet is used just as Jonah was to bring change more than judgment. 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Word: They beat My manservants and they beat My maidservants and send them away in want and without clothes. I have called them out of darkness into My marvelous light but they do not walk in My light. They walk in their flesh and they do not say God has blessed them; they do not reverence My servants whom I have called out to serve them. They let my servants walk away in rags and keep back the portion I have assigned to bless My servants. I am an angry God and I am a patient God. My people who listen to My prophets, feed my prophets if you want Me to walk with you and bless you and protect you in the hard times ahead.

Note: I had not thought that His people beat His servants when they do not sow where He tells them to sow. This was a new revelation to me. What the Lord impressed on me was this. When a person is called into the ministry they cannot quit.

Romans 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

They cannot just leave because things are not going their way, or because His people don’t support His work.

Luke 9:62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

So when God puts people in His service and His people don’t support His ministries they are beating them—beating them with their checkbooks.

Word: Have I not said I will lift you up and bless you? Have I not also said I would bless you as your soul prospereth? How shall your soul prosper if you do not bless My servants? How shall you hear unless I send the preacher? How shall you hear the preacher unless you support my work?

Romans 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

Choose you this day whom you shall serve. Your ways or My ways. Your intellect or Mine.

I put before you a test, as I did in the days of old. Test me and see if I will not pour you out a blessing that there will not be room enough to hold. Not just a physical blessing, but a spiritual blessing. I want to pour out My Spirit on My people but My people hold the truth in unrighteousness.

They say, "I serve God," but they don’t. In the church there are all kinds of sin, divorces, adultery, sodomy, fornication, and they have stolen from Me and My plan to bless them.

They think in their hearts how to bless Me, but do not do what I lay on their heart to do. They hold back the servant’s wage thinking I will understand, I will not see, I will forgive. I tell you the truth. Judgment is at the door for America and those who have worshipped me in spirit and in truth, those who have forsaken this world and the things of this world will prosper in My holiness.

There are those who will hear this warning whose hearts are not right. They hold rebellion toward My Church, My servants and have held back the price.

You tell them I am a jealous God reaping where I have not strawed, and sowing where I have not harvested. Soon the days will come that I will send my angels out with ink pen in hand to mark those who have sighed and cried for the abominations done in this country. Soon I will call on those who have followed My laws, My Spirit and have forsaken everything for My cause, for My Kingdom.I am a jealous God and there is none beside Me that will keep you out of My hand, be it for blessings or cursings.
