Michael Rood -- Bridging America and Israel

Dream given to Stan Johnson, 4:48 a.m. 1-27-04

I just watched the DVD from Michael Rood called "The Name of God." While drifting off to sleep I asked the Lord, "Lord I know your name is YHVH ‘Yod, Hay, Vav Hay’ which is pronounced Yahweh. I know the name of your son Jesus in the Hebrew is Yashua. I want to know one thing tonight. I want to know what You want me to call You?..... In Jesus Name."

In my dream I was with Michael Rood standing on a large mountain overlooking a large valley. In the distance I saw what looked like a railroad. Scanning from left to right I could see a bridge was being built from the large mountain I was standing on across a large river to the other mountain.

Michael pointed and said, "Look at the construction we are doing here in Israel. We’re building a bridge from Israel to America." Over to my right I saw two teams of people hammering as they were building this huge bridge way off in the distance. They were so far away I could barely see what was happening. I saw a man hammering on the bridge. He was stretching a steel cable across the river to form a bridge. Each blow of the hammer brought the cable from America closer to Israel. Then the item he was hitting fell. The man leaned over and yelled to the men below to watch out so the falling piece would not hit them. Too late, it hit one man in the chest, but bounced off with no harm. To my amazement this metal object continued to fall, but it began to fall up hill toward me.

The men began to yell, "Catch it, Catch it, Catch it!" It did not look like is was going to come close enough for me to catch it, then it made a quick turn and before I could adjust to catch it, it had gone past me.

As a yo-yo swings back and forth, so this piece of metal kept falling up the hill. It quickly slowed and fell back toward me. Suddenly, I had a stick in my hand, so this time I swung at it with my stick and was able to knock it back uphill. As it passed, I noticed it was a level—like construction people use to level surfaces. The level landed up on the hill. I could see it was slightly bent from my hitting it and knocking
it uphill.

Interpretation: I believe God was answering my prayer.

"Look at the construction we are doing here in Israel. We’re building a bridge from America to Israel." Michael is called by God to build a bridge from America to Israel—to bring Jewish understanding to America and to take the gospel to Israel.

I saw two teams of people hammering; Michael has two teams of volunteers. One in Israel and one in America.

Stretching a steel cable across the river to form a bridge. Together they are bringing needed Jewish understanding to America and the gospel to Israel.

The men began to yell, "Catch it, Catch it, Catch it!" before I could adjust to catch it, it had gone past me. Represents the first time Michael was on tour with The Prophecy Club®. I could have grabbed the understanding then, but was not ready to receive it.

Fell back toward me. This second tour is the second opportunity for me to grasp the understanding.

I swung at it with a stick I had in my hand ...it was slightly bent from my hitting it and knocking it up hill. I think this represents comments I made on the radio that hurt bringing this truth to America. Comments like against "going overboard with all this Jewish stuff." Which to a degree is correct. We are to win Jews to Jesus, not Christians to become Jews and go back under the law. ...we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. ROM 6:15 And the LORD said unto Moses and Aaron, This is the ordinance of the Passover: There shall no stranger eat thereof: EXO 12:43

However, God is bringing us truth through Michael Rood. We need to pray and let the Holy Spirit show us what part we are to taste, what part to swallow. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:... JOH 16:13

It was a level. I think the level is a standard that tells us when something is correct. Michael’s heart is to bring truth to God’s people.

Now please read this next part carefully lest you miss the whole point of what God was saying.

First, I do not believe God was saying I must always call Him Yahweh or His son Yashua.

Now that I have stated what He was NOT saying, let me carefully explain what He spoke to my heart, and in what spirit—not in harshness, but with kindness and love.

This is what the Lord (Yahweh) gave me understanding through the dream. These were not audible words, but an understanding of the dream. The Lord impressed, "Stan, if you would like to call me ‘Heavenly Father; Lord; God; Lord of Hosts; that is fine, I will answer to any of them. If you want to know what my official Hebrew name is, that would be Yahweh. As Dumitru called you Stanie, as your friends sometimes call you Pastor; Stan; or Dad, and you answer to them, but your official English name is Stanley. If you want to call me "Heavenly Father" it is fine. I will answer. If you want to call me God, I will answer. If you want to know my official name it is Yahweh."

I don’t feel any compulsion from the Lord to change what I am calling him to only Yahweh or his son Yahshua. I think the Lord is simply explaining that Michael Rood is called to bridge America and Israel and bring truths in both cultures together, and God is in Michael’s ministry. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord. So I will do all I can to help Michael with his call from God and I believe Michael will also help this ministry with its call.

[EXO 17:1-7] You will also join Michael at Har Karkum, one of Israel’s camping locations during the 40 years of wandering in the wilderness. You will see some of over 40,000 petroglyphs, which the Israelites chiseled in stone to mark their territory according to the Almighty’s promise to Abraham, Moses, and Joshua. [JOS 1:3] And that’s not all! You will be on the edge of your seat as you watch underwater robotic camera footage of the coral encrusted remains of Pharaoh’s chariots and army as they were strewn across the underwater land bridge in the Yam Suph (Red Sea). Michael will display an ancient Torah scroll that was smuggled out of Iraq just before the most recent Gulf War.
